During his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of Silverstein Properties, Marty Burger played a central role in the financing, development and delivery of multiple towers within the World Trade Center campus. He was intimately involved in the completion of 4 World Trade Center and 3 World Trade Center, as well as the successful lease-up of 7 World Trade Center. He was also involved in the planning and development of 2 World Trade Center and in securing the development rights for 5 World Trade Center. These projects have been instrumental in the revitalization of Lower Manhattan as a global business district.
